Refund and Returns Policy

At Hang on Wall, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your options and how we can assist you.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

   *  The item is in its original, resalable condition.

   *  The original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

   *  You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Certain items, such as personalized, custom-made, or clearance items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1.  Contact our customer service team at mobinahmed7887@gmail.com or +92-317 1055265 within 15 days of receiving your         order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  2.  Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3.  Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

  4.  Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the                        customer  unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).

 


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

  *  Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our          error.

  *  Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


 

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.


 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


 

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item is received.


 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  *  Clearance or final sale items.

  *  Items without original packaging or tags.
